Falkirk Business Front

Falkirk is a prominent area for people who work either side of Scotland’s two biggest cities. It’s also a neighbour to Grangemouth, home to one of the country’s biggest employers. Businesses available in the area range from office complexes to small factories and commercial property.

Transport Links

Falkirk also sits right in the middle of the Glasgow to Edinburgh rail link, making it incredibly easy to commute to by train. A journey to or from Glasgow Queen Street station takes on average 20 minutes, or 30 minutes form Edinburgh Waverley.


Because of its location, most educational institutes are located in other towns and cities nearby. A large proportion of students in Falkirk study either at universities in Glasgow & Edinburgh, or at the University of Sterling located just 10 miles north of town.
