Cambuslang is a very residential area. There are a number of parks dotted around the area and two prominent golf clubs (Cambuslang Golf Club & Kirkhill Golf Club). With the city centre being only a short bus or train ride, most people prefer to spend their nights out in the heart of Glasgow.
